Mary Flynn
Counselling, Psychotherapy & Clinical Supervision
Professional Counselling, Psychotherapy & Clinical Supervisor in Tralee, where compassionate care meets accredited expertise.
As a UKCP and BACP accredited psychotherapist, I offer confidential, evidence-based support tailored to adults and couples seeking emotional well-being.
I have a private practice in Tralee, County Kerry for face-to-face sessions and I also work online via Zoom with clients and therapists in the UK and well as in Ireland.

Counselling
Counselling is a useful short-term approach if you want to work on a specific issue of daily concern.
It provides a confidential and supportive space to simply talk through a problem that you do not want to share with anyone else and/or help clarify your thoughts and feelings about an issue and to devise a clear plan for future action.
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a medium to long term approach and is particularly well-suited to grappling with persistent issues that you feel are negatively impacting your ability to engage positively in your life.
As Psychotherapist, I work with adults seeking support with issues including, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, loss and life transitions.
I have a particular interest in working with people who have experienced trauma in childhood. My approach is warm, reflective, and grounded in almost a decade of clinical experience and a lifelong interest in how people find meaning, balance, and resilience.
