Counselling is a short-term and useful approach if you would like to work on a specific issue of daily concern.
It provides a confidential and supportive space to simply talk through a problem that you do not want to share with anyone else and/or help clarify your thoughts and feelings about an issue and help devise a clear plan for future action.
